Is furniture provided?
The offices are let unfurnished, but we are happy to provide quotes for supplying furniture.
Phones and broadband?
We offer a modern telephony system with full mobile and PC access. Have a single number with your own extensions that you can access from anywhere. No need to give people a land line and mobile number. Just give them one number and the system will find you wherever you are and which ever device you are on.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at Culver Street car park, a long stay multi-storey car park with 528 spaces. Reduced rate season tickets are available for Culver Street at £86 per month, purchased direct via the Wiltshire Council Portal and operated by MiPermit. Culver Street is easily accessible from the inner ring road, particularly when entering from the A30 (London) or the A36 (Southampton). There is also vehicle access from Milford Street. Additional visitor parking is easily accessible from Brown Street and Salt Lane car parks both within 3 mins walk.
What are the local Business rates?
Each office is individually rateable so if you are a small business with no other locations you can take advantage of the revised small business rate allowance. From 1 April 2017, Small Business Rate Relief (SBRR) will permanently double from 50% to 100%.
