Office 3B is located within the enclosed courtyard and accommodates 1 desk with visitor furniture, or 2 desks with a smaller set up. Office 3B is 8.5 sqm (91.5 sqf) and includes secure 24hr access, 7 days a week, use of a shared kitchen and a 15% discount off of use of our meeting rooms.

First Floor

Office 4C is currently available on this floor.

Office 4C is a 17.65 sqm (190 sqf) space, located on the first floor with a large sash window overlooking Milford street. It is capable of accommodating 3 desks with a smaller desk setup.

This office includes secure 24hr access, 7 days a week, use of a shared kitchen and a 15% discount off of use of our meeting rooms.
